Hello, my name is Lolita Davis and I am the owner of SingleMomProfitSystems. I started online marketing in 2008 and like many other busy Single Moms, I wanted to find a way to escape the 9 to 5 grind and spend more time with my family.
"The Sky is The Limit" is not available for those working in the corporate sector with the ever so elusive financial "glass ceiling" hanging over their heads. In all retrospect, I was just looking for more FREEDOM. I wanted to own my own life and not be subject to the decisions, opinions and prejudices of others.
After I decided that starting an online business was what I wanted to do, I purchased numerous and often expensive internet marketing training courses from a various assortment of marketing "gurus", promising everything from the sun to the moon and anything in between. While I did learn a few tidbits of information here and there, achieving financial success was not the result. Some of the courses that I was being taught, were methods of making money online that were perhaps successful 2 to 3 years before, but with the fast pace of the marketing industry, didn't have as much of a marketing impact then.
Essentially, I was jumping on board with strategies that had already had all the wind sucked out of them and the money had been made by someone else! I also got sucked into the idea that it was possible to make quick and easy money using the latest and greatest, automated, one click software gadget. The reality is the only one who makes any money out of these types of products are the guys who are promoting them to people who are desperate to buy them and make money online, without their first priority being the passion of their own business. This is the 'dark side' of Internet Marketing.
Fortunately, what I have discovered and profited from, I want to share with you. It is possible to build and develop a successful online business, if provided with the right (and current) marketing strategies, tools, and resources in place, to build your business with. But Be Aware: building a successful online business takes time..... there is NO magic spell, NO secret potion, NO instant income stream that comes without the time and effort put into it. However, you can have a strong sense of positive expectations and assurance that you can take from knowing you are building and marketing on the right path, while you have the right system in place.
For a new entrepreneur, the marketing industry is all too often filled with overwhelm, lack of time, confusion, a frustrating feeling that your hard work is being met with very little success. You see other people out there who seem to be figuring things out or finding success faster than you… it's exasperating. What are they doing that you aren't? More importantly, what do they know that you don't?
Any online business vision that you have, can be attainable, if there are clear, precise, and step-by-step instructions and guidelines that aim you in the right direction. If the list of steps are laid out and coupled with a workable plan, anyone could execute them.
Remember, there are 3 reasons why people fail in business:
- No System
- Non-workable Marketing Strategies
- Inadequate Knowledge
